How do I place an order?

To place an order you can simply head over to our “Store” page.

Once you have picked one of our designs you have the option to pick the size, colour and the placement of the design.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Credit/Debit card and/or Apple Pay.

Our payments are powered by Stripe which ensures a smooth and safe transaction.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do!

Our shipping fees are separated in 3 categories:

Spain / Europe / Rest of the world

Make sure to select your country on the address form for the shipping fee option to change adequately!

What is your return/exchange policy?

In the event of needing to return a purchase, kindly email fatpigeonbcn@gmail.com and we will start the process of the return of the package and/or refund.

Orders can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and sent, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so that you know when to be waiting by the door 😉
